Martins Story
My Name is Martin Fortune, or if your in Australia I am known as "Marty" and This is My Story.

When I was just 11 years old, I lost both my father and grandmother on the same day. That kind of loss… it leaves a scar. I didn’t know how to deal with the pain, so I buried it deep. Anger became my armour. I went down a dark path—drugs, partying, trying to fill a void I didn’t understand.

By 21, I was lost. I had burned bridges with the people I loved and was eventually kicked out of my family home. I had nothing. No plan. No direction. Just pain, and the weight of choices I couldn’t take back.

Originally from Ireland, I made a decision that changed my life—I packed a single bag and moved to Australia, with no idea what was ahead of me. It was rock bottom… but it was also the start of something new.

That’s where I found bodybuilding. It wasn’t just a sport—it was my lifeline. The discipline, the structure, the focus—it gave me something I hadn’t felt in years: purpose. I started competing. I started winning. And most importantly, I started healing.

Today, I’m proud to say I’ve turned that pain into passion. I’ve built a career helping others transform their own lives. I’ve stood on stages, earned medals at NABBA States and Nationals—but nothing compares to seeing the people I coach break through their own struggles.

This journey isn't just about fitness. It's about fighting your demons, rewriting your story, and finding strength you never knew you had.
Let’s start your journey together.
If I can turn my pain into power—so can you.

Niamh's Story
Hi I am Niamh Fortune,
My journey into fitness began during a challenging time in my life. From ages 10 to 14, I struggled with anorexia. I initially joined the gym to use the treadmill, but seeing others lift weights sparked my curiosity. As I began strength training, I realized that building muscle required proper nutrition. This marked the turning point—I started fueling my body, not fighting it.
What began as recovery evolved into passion.
I immersed myself in powerlifting, then transitioned into bodybuilding.
My dedication led to winning my first bodybuilding competition in Northern Ireland. Two years later, I earned silver and bronze in Dublin Ireland, and I travelled Australia, where I placed first in the World Championships. Fitness not only restored my health, but it also brought my brother and me closer. It’s more than a lifestyle—it saved me.
